It's a sellers market and as a buyer the focus was on finding a house that worked without an outrageous bidding war, knowing that there would be no "great" deals to be found right now. Julie used her interactions with other agents to know when we had a chance, when we didn't, and what kind of offers we were going to need to win. Armed with that knowledge we saved a lot of time not looking at places we couldn't win and being patient to find the ones we could. Beyond that she has a strong network of contractors and professionals, which is helpful since what we could win needed some work. I would have no reservations about working with Julie again.
