She was quick, knowledgeable, and assertive as to what we wanted and had no problem negotiating for our price range. Julie was an amazing asset to have on our side when looking for our forever home. She worked within our parameters of price, and what we liked and shared her honest opinions about homes we were interested in - which was very valuable! When our dream home came back on the market, after a failed sale, I received an update through my email and instantly showed it to Julie. She had us viewing the home within 24 hours, which was a bid deal since the home already had another bid! We ended up rushing out to the home hours before we had previously discussed because she was told the sellers were going to consider the bids sooner than anticipated. After viewing the home we placed our bid instantly as she had prepped it already and found out that evening that it had been accepted. That was the ONLY easy part of the sale, Julie had to navigate situations that should not have happened as we moved forward and she took on so much more than what she was getting paid for (in my opinion). I am so glad we had her on our side, and at the end of it all when we finally finalized the sale she left us a beautiful personalized wooden sign and a bottle of wine to celebrate. Julie went above and beyond, and we're so grateful to have had her as our realtor!
