Julie made this incredibly stressful process so much darn fun! Her value was obvious from the beginning, constantly setting up showings, often times mid-week, and all in the middle of a pandemic. HOWEVER, and I want to stress this, her experience as an agent BLEW ME AWAY once we started writing offers! We did not get the first house we wrote on, but when we found THE house, she made it happen. Her negotiating abilities and organization during our closing process is exactly what you need. We closed an air-tight escrow one week early! And somehow last minute she got us an extra grand towards repairs out of the blue AFTER we thought all those negotiations were completed.
