Julie is an incredible realtor. The real estate market is a beast and these are stressful times. Julie really made this process as smooth as one could hope for. She was so knowledgeable and helpful with the entire negotiation process. She was present and available at any given time for all of our questions. In addition to her expertise, her calm and friendly demeanor really helped ease our minds and made it a fairly pleasant home buying process.

With all the help she provided us, she even helped us avoid unscrupulous charges from other vendors because she made sure we knew everything about our property and who we could trust.

Julie made this incredibly stressful process so much darn fun! Her value was obvious from the beginning, constantly setting up showings, often times mid-week, and all in the middle of a pandemic. HOWEVER, and I want to stress this, her experience as an agent BLEW ME AWAY once we started writing offers! We did not get the first house we wrote on, but when we found THE house, she made it happen. Her negotiating abilities and organization during our closing process is exactly what you need. We closed an air-tight escrow one week early! And somehow last minute she got us an extra grand towards repairs out of the blue AFTER we thought all those negotiations were completed. I could keep going about this agent, but I suppose I should close here with: if you're looking for someone fun, knowledgeable and experienced, you will not be disappointed with Julie!
