Julie was outstanding. She is a wealth of knowledge and is so generous with her time and her patience to ensure her clients have a good grasp on what is happening with the market, with trends, and with the economy to help make smart decisions. She helped us keep our calm when we were nervous and offered patience and reassurance when we were frustrated. At no point did we ever feel pushed into making a purchase or a decision simply because she wanted to make the sale, in fact it was the opposite- she kept us grounded and connected to what we wanted and over the course of several years encouraged us to wait for the right time, the right property and the right location. She provided us with so much information to help us understand what kinds of things we should be considering to protect our investment and ourselves. Honestly, Julie was a lifesaver around this process from start to finish and she stuck with us throughout the whole 2 year endeavor. Working with Julie was a fantastic experience for me and my girlfriend, even during these stressful real estate market conditions. As we were touring multiple properties, Julie helped point out things that I would have overlooked as far as property condition and small signs that pointed to bigger problems or to signs that things were cheap fixes / flips. When we finally found a property that we liked, Julie helped us put in a strong offer that was actually $50k below asking price, and a big part of the reason our offer got accepted because of the relationship she was able to establish with the seller's agent. She built confidence with the seller that despite the lower price we would indeed be able to close on time with no issues. Julie's contractor network is awesome as well. All of the contractors she lined up to help with inspections spoke highly of her, and provided extremely thorough, honest inspection reports. After all was said and done we knew there was plenty of repairs to be done, but Julie ultimately negotiated $100k off the initial asking price for us, thereby paying for the repairs and making the property a good deal even right now. I couldn't have been happier with how Julie does business. I'm thrilled with my new place and I can wholeheartedly refer Julie out to anyone looking to buy a home in San Diego!

Julie recently helped me to buy my first home, and she helped to make the experience much easier, smoother and less stressful than I expected! As a first-time homebuyer, there were a lot of things I didn't know. Julie was extremely helpful in pointing out things to consider about neighborhoods, homes, what things on a property are no big deal or to be expected, vs. a costly expense. She helped me to consider properties beyond what's on the surface, and answered questions I didn't even know I had. She went above and beyond through the escrow process, especially when the listing agent wasn't able to attend the appraisal. At the last minute, she pulled detailed comp information, spoke with the listing agents of comps in the building to get more information on condition, pulled together a report of all of the work that was done by the former owner, etc. I think this made all the difference in my appraisal coming in at asking.
