My husband and I wanted a specific house in a lake view community. The inventory was very limited. We contacted Julie last minute and told her we have to go see this house ASAP before the weekend not knowing it would be available in a few days. Julie acted on it immediately. She contacted the listing agent none stop until we got an appointment to see it the next day. Given her busy schedule, she always makes time for any of her clients. We got in contract that following Monday because she was very pro active and didn’t miss any window of opportunity that could have caused us to loose this house. She is super responsive and will not pressure you into any offers unless you are very comfortable with the offer. Buying a home is an intimidating process and some people may think it is not possible for them. I feel so lucky that I had Julie Bekerman-Singh as my realtor for a number reasons. If there is any stereotype that realtors have that come to mind, Julie would surprise you as she does not fit in any 'box'. I had coffee with her nearly two years before my home purchase to get an idea of what to expect during the process and to get a feel if I would like to work with her. Julie never pressured us in any way (I've heard of some nightmare stories!) and when we were ready, she gave us all the tools and knowledge we needed to start looking at homes.
