As first time home buyers, we didn't know what to expect from purchasing our first home. Julie provided an excellent experience, immediately responding to numerous questions and clarifications we had at any hour of the day. Buying a home is an intimidating process and some people may think it is not possible for them. I feel so lucky that I had Julie Bekerman-Singh as my realtor for a number reasons. If there is any stereotype that realtors have that come to mind, Julie would surprise you as she does not fit in any 'box'. I had coffee with her nearly two years before my home purchase to get an idea of what to expect during the process and to get a feel if I would like to work with her. Julie never pressured us in any way (I've heard of some nightmare stories!) and when we were ready, she gave us all the tools and knowledge we needed to start looking at homes. She educated us so we could be self sufficient in details that some people may not know when buying a home. This made us feel like we were protected and in very good hands. One of the biggest strengths Julie has is making herself available 24/7. Any time we saw a home and we wanted information on it, we would send it to her with a response right away. She made it so easy working with our schedules and making sure we got to see every home that caught our eye.
