Julia Weitzel

Julia was an absolute delight to work with. My partner and I were first time buyers who had settled on being life long renters. Julia took us under her wing and helped us navigate this fast paced market. She stuck with us even after we put the house hunting on pause for a couple of months due to unforseen circumstances. She was right back at it without hesitation when we were ready to get started again. Julia's constant encouragement, advice, and expertise saw us through to the very end. Homeowners at last, we couldn't be happier.

Julia was an absolute rockstar on the sale of this home! She came in and gave us tips on updates to complete prior to listing, and did they pay off! We had multiple offers just 2 days after listing, all of them well above asking price.

We are a military family and have a time crunch when it comes to moving. Julia took the challenge and exceeded our expectations. She powered through at least 20 showings in 5 days and we were under contract within 7 days. Not only that, but we closed in less than three weeks. She is absolutely amazing at her job and I will recommend her to anyone looking!
