Juia and the C3 team lack any integrity. Lies about condition and local sales environment including "inside knowledge" of other propeorties for sale to better her position. Misrepreseneted square footage of home purchased, provided an inspection report of the home as a "convenience" to potential buyers which was understated in the amount of issues. From a technical perspective, she refuses to use CTMeContracts, the standard in electronic contract signtaures- making all documents a hassle to wet sign. She also ffered up concessions to close a home I purchased and rescinded at the last minute. There are a million great realtors out there- don’t let this one drag you through the mud.

Julia did a great job for us in selling our property. Some unexpected obstacles arose due to lender requirements and we feel she utilized all the resources available to her to help work through those as smoothly and quickly as possible. While we were working on one possibility to resolve an issue she was researching others in case that one didn't work. She was professional, courteous and competent. I highly recommend her whether you are buying or selling.
