Julia represented us as the buyer agent twice, and she represented us as seller agent twice for the same properties. She is professional, responsive and a kind realtor. She has taken care of our real estate need for almost 10 years. We would love to have her represent us again should we need to be on the housing market.

Julia is a great agent for buyer. She took lot of time in understanding our needs and made herself available whenever we wanted to checkout (or re-check) the property. Best thing about Julia is she is knowledgeable but never put any pressure on us. Shared detailed comps and helped negotiate on offers. Without her help we would not have been able to close our first purchase in Saratoga. I would highly recommend her and would go with her next time (whenever that happens :) )

She is very professional. She is patience, not pushy at all. She will tell me the pros and cons of the house that I am interested. I don't want to have a agent that push me to buy a house to make commission, she is not. Very important, she is not pushy at all to force me to buy a house.
