Excellent communicator and extremely responsive.

Julia was very knowledgeable about our neighborhood and our home which made us feel very comfortable with her from our first meeting. She was always just a text message or telephone call away whenever we had any questions or concerns. She was personable and attentive making us feel as though we were her most important clients. No matter how many times we reached out to her, she responded immediately and never acted as though our concerns were trivial. She was on top of making sure that we had all the necessary papers, licenses, permits, etc., and that they were all submitted in a timely fashion so as not to delay our house closing. She worked with us on setting a fair and competitive market price for our home which resulted in securing a buyer at the first open house which we held and our closing was seamless. We would unequivocally recommend her as the agent to use if you are selling your home. On top of all her business acumen, she is a wonderful person and we enjoyed meeting her.
