I can highly recommend Julia Stevens, Realtor, from Navigator Realty.  Julia brought a very high level of integrity, honesty and energy to both the selling and the buying of our properties.  Julia was instrumental in facilitating what can be a difficult process as she was always available for our many questions easing the transition to our new home.  She is exacting and diligent in her efforts and sold our old home in 3 days!

This is the third time I have worked with Julia and it was an excellent experience once again. She made herself available at all times and was very responsive when questions came up. She kept myself and buyers on track and on schedule. Her knowledge and attention to detail on the process made the entire experience a positive and less stressful! In addition to her role as my agent, she went above and beyond to help with my move (packing/ unpacking boxes, loading/ unloading). She even scheduled cleaners to clean my new place as we were closing on both of my houses! If I could give her 10 stars I would! If you want the best if the best...contact Julia!

Julie went out of her way to make sure this complicated settlement went through.

If you're in the market for a great real estate agent on Kent Island, Julia Stevens is the one! She sold our home within one day of it being on the market, and at a great price! Her knowledge, professionalism, attention to detail, and patience made the process from beginning to end so incredibly easy for us. Thank you so much, Julia! You're a gem!

Julia did an outstanding job in helping me sell and buy a new home. She made the process super easy, kept everything on track and went above and beyond to make the experience stress free for me. From discussing potentially listing my house, to selling my house (in record time), presenting the winning contract on the home I wanted (against 9 other offers), to closing on both homes on the same day (and helping with my move). She is literally the best!

We were extremely pleased with Julia. She wanted to know about us, what we could afford and what we wanted so she could find a property that best suited us. She took that information and conscientiously and zealously applied it to find the right property. With her help, we found exactly what we wanted and she made the process very easy. She provided updates and information promptly. No details were overlooked. Thank you Julia Stevens.

We want to thank Julia for making the sale of our condo and boat slip so easy. She made sure that our place was clean and staged to perfection and helped us coordinate our sale while we were living 1000 miles away. While our deal hit some bumps in the road, Julia deftly managed to assist both parties so that closing occurred within our desired timeframe. She is sharp, articulate, and innovative when dealing with unexpected issues. We highly recommend Julia Steven’s if you need to sell your home.

Working with Julia was a pleasure! We had been discussing selling our condo for a few months and after seeing a condo like ours down the block sell within a week of being listed we decided to reach out to Julia to ask a few questions since we’re first time sellers. Julia took the time to answer all of our questions and once we decided to move forward, she was quick to get everything set up for us while also working with our crazy work schedules. She had a professional photographer come and take pictures that set our house apart from the others out there. She also set up a themed open house the first weekend our condo was listed, which drew in over 30 people. By the end of the weekend we had accepted an offer on our home! As Julia and many others in the industry know, nothing is guaranteed until the papers are signed and the potential buyer ended up getting cold feet. Julia went straight back to promotion and open houses and we ended up accepting an offer later that month for over the price of the original offer! Julia truly understands how to sell houses. She made the process incredibly easy with her extensive knowledge of the local market in Queen Anne’s County and its surrounding areas. Working with her makes you feel like you have a friend on the "inside" who knows what they are doing and makes selling your home a top priority. Julia excels at working with her clients and being understanding of them and their needs. She invests her heart into her work and makes you feel as though you are her only client. We could not have been more happy with the work Julia did for us and how she handled our home sale. She was professional, experienced, and diligent and we’ve found a realtor for life!

Julia is simply the best realtor I have ever worked with: she treats you like family, consistently goes above and beyond to get you exactly what you want at the BEST price, and is trustworthy and honest. She helped me find the PERFECT home in a new city, even going to some showings for me that I couldn't attend in person (and showing me through face time). I was constantly impressed by her knowledge, professionalism and availability. She helped me through some issues even a month after I closed on my house - she was always the one person I knew I could trust and she makes you feel like you are her most important client at all times. I really can't say enough good things about Julia Stevens, and I wouldn't trust such an important decision as buying a house with anyone else. If you have the chance to work with her, do it - she will take care of you!

Julia is absolutely incredible - she knows and loves Kent Island and was an invaluable resource as we were moving from out of state. Her negotiating skills and devotion to us as buyers were the only reason we successfully got under contract in this tight market. Expert guidance, communication, and support at every part of the process. It’s wonderful to know we’ll be starting out in a new town with a friend like Julia!

Excellent experience - knew the market and the market value - priced it right ang got it sold in 1 day $5K above listing with 2 backup offers. Successfully negotiated with buyer/buyer's agent and kept me in the loop on all aspects of the transactions along the way.
