I’d like to tell you about my Real Estate agent Julia Ray and how, with her help, we made a deal to buy a condo. Real Estate Agent Julia, of Radiant Realty, successfully guided my wife and I, from start to finish, through the complex process of purchasing a condo in Hollywood, Florida. Her expertise in many aspects of buying/selling an apartment, and a condo in particular, helped us navigate through the hoops and saved tens of thousands of dollars. I’m not writing this for the sake of saying anything, there are reasons for this. Julia knows the local market well, prices, the dynamics of rising and falling prices. She understands the pros and cons of each potential apartment. Being highly qualified advisor, this allows her to guide the buying or selling process for the benefit of her client. By the way, we were introduced to Julia by our close friends, whom she also helped to profitably buy a condo in the city of Hallandale Beach, Florida. With such a big investment as a home purchase, you need a tough, professional and knowledgeable negotiator like Julia Ray. From the first day we met I was impressed with her knowledge of the real estate market, and the nuances of buying a condo in Hallandale Beach. Also important to me was having someone I was comfortable working with. Julia is very well sought after, and for good reason, but she has a warm personality, and made me feel like I was the only client she was working with. She followed up with all of my questions promptly and her excellent communication skills made it easy for me to understand the process. I have worked with four real estate agents thus far, and while the other three were good, Julia’s knack for making deals, the excellent way she communicates the complex process of buying real estate, and the way she made me feel like I was her most important client even after I closed, made her outshine all the others. In fact, a few days after the closing, Julia gave me some valuable advice on reducing my real estate taxes for next year, and a couple of names and numbers for contractors to help me fix up some issues with the apartment, which I will definitely be using. Being a property manager I deal with many real estate agents and brokers. Most of them are doing a good job, but Julia is by far the most knowledgeable, honest and overall just a pleasure to deal with. I see how she is helping the buyers way after the sale. She did many transactions in our building, I didn't hear any complaints at all.   When it comes to rent, Julia is the only realtor that is able to find renters during the off season month of April to November.
