With such a big investment as a home purchase, you need a tough, professional and knowledgeable negotiator like Julia Ray. From the first day we met I was impressed with her knowledge of the real estate market, and the nuances of buying a condo in Hallandale Beach. Also important to me was having someone I was comfortable working with. Julia is very well sought after, and for good reason, but she has a warm personality, and made me feel like I was the only client she was working with. She followed up with all of my questions promptly and her excellent communication skills made it easy for me to understand the process. I have worked with four real estate agents thus far, and while the other three were good, Julia’s knack for making deals, the excellent way she communicates the complex process of buying real estate, and the way she made me feel like I was her most important client even after I closed, made her outshine all the others. In fact, a few days after the closing, Julia gave me some valuable advice on reducing my real estate taxes for next year, and a couple of names and numbers for contractors to help me fix up some issues with the apartment, which I will definitely be using. If I ever decide to sell my condo, I will absolutely be hiring Julia, and I have already recommended her to my family.

Being a property manager I deal with many real estate agents and brokers.
