The sale of a co-op is more challenging than a condominium because they are typically cash deals and the HOA's can be picky about approving new buyers. Julia helped us come to a reasonable asking price given those challenges and the softness of the market. She hired a very good photographer and generated an amazing listing, complete with video and 3-D virtual walk-throughs. After only a few weeks (including the Christmas lull) we had received several written offers and more on the way. Her special networking skills and social media presence were instrumental in getting maximum exposure and interest. Her advice throughout the process was invaluable. She fully understands condo and co-op laws as well as all the hoops that must be jumped through in order to get a new buyer approved by the HOA board. She went above and beyond what one might expect from a realtor, for instance attending visitations, offering to help donating furniture, participating in the closing at the lawyer, even offering to help with cleaning when we were pressed for time.
