Worked with me on price. No pressure regarding various offers

She had much more experience selling condos in Hallandale Beach than the other agent that I interviewed. She offered a level of service that others could not offer. Her office was located very close to our property. Julia was exceptional and exceeded my expectation. Would highly recommend her to others. Honest, helpful and caring! Excellent! Exceptional service from start to finish.

If you are in the market for a true professional who will carefully listen to your needs and create a conscientious plan of attack that will yield eventual success, you need to call Ms Julia Ray. I have no qualms whatsoever in recommending her services.

Having been involved in several real estate transactions, my husband and I were very happy to find and buy condo with Julia. Her knowledge of the market and marketing skills are beyond other realtors. It was a pleasure to work with Julia as she made overall process flawless and smooth and we will not hesitate to contact her again for our future real estate needs and will highly recommend her to our friends and family.
