We finally closed on our house yesterday and I am compelled to write a review for Julia and her Team! They are nothing but AMAZING!!!! I have had the condo listed for over 6 months with another agent who was so unresponsive and pretty much couldn’t care less about our property, so we ended the contract after the 6 months period. Then afterward, I got so many letters from other realtors trying to contact me and Julia’s recommendations from her past clients made me decide to sign up with her. I am so glad I did! When I met Julia, I shared with her my previous experience and expressed that since I live out of state, I don’t have time to waste and I do not want to be stuck in a contract with a bad agent like last time.
