From the moment that I called her, there was no doubt in my mind, that Ms. Meffen was up for the task. She explained the entire process, and listened to my needs and concerns. During the time that the house was for sale, she reached out to me, several times a week. There were times when she spent hours on the phone , calming my anxiety and working out a suitable plan, to get the job done. When my first buyers finances fell through, Julia was noticeably upset, even though it wasn’t her fault. Still, she never gave up, and promised results. Throughout the process, I contacted her, at all hours, and she never, once, made me feel like I was bothering her. In the end, Julia Meffen became a trusted friend and confidant. And yes, she worked endlessly, until my house was SOLD! I highly recommend Julia Meffen . She will not disappoint.
