Buying a house is stressful. Everyone knows that. But the experience can be particularly stressful for first time homebuyers. Little did we know that most of the stress can be mitigated, explained, and managed with the help of a great Realtor. That's where Julia came in. We were dealt a difficult hand. At the start of our home searching endeavors, the market was bursting with other equally excited buyers trying to take advantage of the unbelievable low interest rates. That meant the inventory was small and houses were flying off the market within a week of being posted. Julia took this challenge in stride and made herself available at every juncture. She constantly sent us houses, took us to viewings, helped us make informed, and educated offers, and made our search exciting and something we looked forward to each day. We started the process on January 1st of 2021 and closed March 1st of the same year. We were absolutely blown away by how professional, honest, informed, and energetic Julia was. She was incredibly sensitive to our particular needs and took all of our inquiries seriously. We were in constant contact with her and she outlined every step of the process to help ease some of the general anxieties we felt from time to time. She consistently reached out to the seller’s agents, our mortgage company, different utility companies, and even other colleagues and other personal contacts to make sure we were taken care of every step of the way. We seriously owe her so so much and she was such a pleasure to work with.
