Imagine you had a property that you needed to sell, but you needed to sell it for the highest price in the shortest time. 99% of the time, you would need to choose EITHER highest price OR shortest time. "Listing" with Julia Krusac meant my wife and I didn't have to choose. I said "listing" because our vacant lot was never actually listed. All we did was sign a listing agreement, and Julia brought us a buyer the next day. She didn't stop there. Julia also brought us a soil test engineer, an attorney to close the sale, and a home designer for another lot we are developing for sale.
