We were looking for property near family and it was clear from the beginning she knew the area very well and showed properties that fit our criteria. That was the easy part Once we had put in a contract for the property she helped us with negotiation and navigating with a challenging transaction. She helped guide us with varied homeowners/flood policies and home construction types. Honestly I’d have to write a novel of the challenges and how Julia worked through them.
