Our realtor Julia Horton was beyond amazing! She was always readily available. She is very kind and patient. As a new home owner, I couldn’t imagine the process without Julia! She explained whatever I needed to know and fought to make sure everything was timely and fair to me. Will for sure be going through her for any real estate ventures.
Julia is a very competent real estate agent. She is knowledgeable, easy to work with, and always on top of the entire process. She definitely simplified the process.
It was a wonderful experience working with Julia on the sale of our home. Her marketing and communication skills are superb and very effective. The Realtor advert was very professionally written to touch on all important features of our home and upgrades, with highlights about our community, amenities, schools and location. The pictures for the listing were also very professionally done. We are very happy how Julia managed the interaction with the buying agent and the buyers. The house was literally sold in less than one day and over the listing price! The new owners are a younger couple with two small kids and they loved the house and the big yard, at first site. Julia’s advise how to prepare the house for sale was on point. She did great coordinating all the steps and details around the entire selling process. We are very pleased with the quick turnaround. Julia was our selling and buying agent and it worked perfect. We would gladly work with her again.
Julia is very trustable and reliable. I am not local in FL at that time. She shown homes remotely in multiple times and locations. She did extra steps and shown us surrounding areas by walking or driving. After we made an offer, she followed up every single step all the way through whole processing until closing. Very professional.
Julia was very professional and knowledgable. I would use her again.

Amazing͏ experience! Julia’s͏ knowledge and professionalism throughout the entire home-selling process was incredible. She was very thorough with her explanation of each step of the process and was super patient with all the questions I had. She also hired a professional organizer to come help get the home ready for photos and showings, who did a wonderful job getting our house looking perfect. Between that, the photographer she hired to take the listing photos, and the beautiful brochures and marketing efforts, it was no wonder we sold our house for more than $40k over asking price! Julia also helped us purchase our next home, and with her expert advice and her nonstop fighting for us, we ended up getting the first home we put an offer in on. We were absolutely shocked at how seamless the process was, and we know that is because of Julia’s expertise. We absolutely recommend Julia to help you with your real estate decisions! You will not be disappointed!!

Julia is outstanding. She puts herself in the "shoes" of the client. I own approximately 20 houses in 3 states but she has been the best agent by far.
Julia is excellant. I live in New York and she helped me find just what I was looking for. She emailed listings and anything that looked good to me she visited, videoed and gave me feedback on any questions that I had about the property. She took her time and she was very patient not pushy. When I was ready to buy every detail was taken care of. Very professional and trustworthy. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate. You won't be sorry.
