The Realtor advert was very professionally written to touch on all important features of our home and upgrades, with highlights about our community, amenities, schools and location. The pictures for the listing were also very professionally done. We are very happy how Julia managed the interaction with the buying agent and the buyers. The house was literally sold in less than one day and over the listing price! The new owners are a younger couple with two small kids and they loved the house and the big yard, at first site.
