Julia was hands down the best agent I have ever worked with. I have bought and sold numerous homes over the years and no agent has ever been at her level of experience, responsiveness, professionalism and proactiveness. She had everything lined up at every step and I never had to ask her to get something done as she already had it. She listed my home and professional photos like none other as well an amazing video. Within 12 hours of the listing, she had already received 2 offers and 4 more came in shortly after. She sold my home within 5 days for more than any other home that had been previously sold in the area and well higher than asking. To further show her professionalism, she shielded us from some incredibly difficult buyers and their harassing and unprofessional agent. In parallel, she helped me find my new dream home. She took the time to quickly get to know my likes/dislikes and only showed me homes that were relevant. Ultimately, within 2 weekends she took me to a home in Corona Del Mar that was utterly amazing and I was sold. If you want an agent that answers when you call, takes bullets for you, with an amazing personality, and generally goes above and beyond you want Julia! Don't waste your time with any other agent. One of my kids just said as I was writing the review, "If I were to rate Julia from a 1-10, I would rate her 10,000" and I AGREE!

Julia is amazing! She's the perfect combination of sweetness and bulldog. She fought for what was in my best interest as a home seller, and took care of me every step of the way. I honestly never understood the importance of having a solid realtor until working with Julia. During the negotiations, she kept me informed when I needed to be, and took care of the things that I didn't need to know about. Her advice I trusted and as a result my home sold in under 5 days.
