Julia walked us through the entire process and went over and above to help us prepare. Julia and her husband Hector came in, took care of all the necessary photos, 3D walk through and and even got us an electrician for an emergency repair the day before open house. Julia very knowledgeable and super responsive. We hired Julia because she represented the buyer when we bought the house and she walked all over our realtor. We decided we wanted her on our side, she is a pit bull with a soft side. Our house sold the first weekend at 30K over asking and we were allowed to stay two months after closing for free.
