Julia is the best! She really worked with me and my crazy schedule when it came to showings and setting up appiintments. She was on it right away when I wanted to to look at a home. There are so many ways to describe my realtor but to sum it all in one word I would say Amazing!! I found Julia on Zillow late April and from the moment I met her she made me feel comfortable, I was scared to fall in the wrong hands and selling my house under pressure to the wrong buyer. This was our home for 6 years and although it was a short period a lot of love was put in it to make it a home.Julia communicated every step through this process. Our house was listed for 2 days, in those 2 days all the showing reservations were completely booked it was crazy how many times my ring cameras went off. Her team played a great part along with her husband. The pictures and virtual walk through really focused on all the beauty and selling features of my home. She and her team did the hard work to give us the best offers and we accepted an offer in 7 days. We closed escrow on June 11th, the best part is that we got about 50k more above asking price!!! this was the best experience and would do it again if needed definitely choosing Julia again.
