I can’t say enough about how pleased we are with the job Juli did in guiding us through the process of purchasing our new home. From our first contact with her, she has been very fast in returning phone calls and emails. And she always ensured that the process moved forward in a timely manner (even when the selling agent seemed to be asleep at the wheel). She always fought for our best interest and made sure that we not only were treated fairly but also positioned to get the best deal possible with this house. Part of our deal included us agreeing to take care of some maintenance items with the house in order to receive a reduced purchase price. This included fumigation for termites. She even shopped around for the best deal on fumigation and set it up for us!! Juli is an expert negotiator, she is kind, intelligent, and friendly. She really made the process as easy as possible. But she also has no problem being tough when she needs to be. She is a total rock star! If we ever go through the process again I wouldn’t even think about using anyone else. We’ve already recommended her to a few friends of ours who are looking to sell/ buy in the area.
