Judy was AWESOME!!!! We had to relocate from out of state and were unable to view houses ourself. Judy was magnificent. She viewed the houses we were interested in and sent us videos and photos and commentaries about each property. Once we decided on a house, she was great with the negotiations and took care of finding us the various professionals needed to do inspections, etc and she was there for every appointment since we couldn't be. She answered all our questions (and in a very timely manner) and helped us to understand the Massachusetts buying process, which was quite a bit different from any other state we had ever been in. We recommend Judy to all our friends and plan to have our grown children use her when they are ready to buy their first home.
