Judy Scotland and her team went above and beyond when I had to sell my mother's house. From the first time I spoke with her to the signing of the final papers she and Kathy hung in there with me every step of the way. Their advice on the getting the house ready to sell, listing price, staging for the showings, and accepting the right offer was spot on every time. There were a few bumps along the way (all mine, not theirs!) and every time their help and advice kept everything going in the right direction.
