From rental to sold!

We bought our house back in 1994 and turned it into a rental in 2006, so it’s been part of our lives for a long time. The whole process felt a little daunting, but with Judy’s help, it all came together smoothly. We met her in December and she jumped right in, helping us figure out what needed to be done to get it ready to sell. From recommending painting the whole house (even the garage) to connecting us with solid contractors, everything got done, including a crawl space repair we needed last minute. She was always easy to reach, whether by text, call, or email, which made things way less stressful. Would definitely recommend Judy. She’s professional, responsive, and really on top of things. In her business card she wrote “I Get Results !!! PERIOD”. And she did.
