Wow!!! on a whim and a dream, we decided to put our home of almost 30 years on the market. Getting a little older we felt we needed to downsize from a 2 story to a one story and less house and yard. We bought our house back in 1994 and turned it into a rental in 2006, so it’s been part of our lives for a long time. The whole process felt a little daunting, but with Judy’s help, it all came together smoothly. We met her in December and she jumped right in, helping us figure out what needed to be done to get it ready to sell. From recommending painting the whole house (even the garage) to connecting us with solid contractors, everything got done, including a crawl space repair we needed last minute. She was always easy to reach, whether by text, call, or email, which made things way less stressful. Would definitely recommend Judy. She’s professional, responsive, and really on top of things. I couldn’t be happier, Judy did a fantastic job getting my father’s house sold. When you are selling a house, you may not be prepared for all the problems that could arise. Judy anticipated many of the problems and told us beforehand that we may encounter them. She has contacts with all the contractors you may need. This is a huge benefit, because doing it on your own would be a monumental task. All of the contractors had the utmost regard for Judy, and wasted no time helping us.
