We bought our house back in 1994 and turned it into a rental in 2006, so it’s been part of our lives for a long time. The whole process felt a little daunting, but with Judy’s help, it all came together smoothly. We met her in December and she jumped right in, helping us figure out what needed to be done to get it ready to sell. From recommending painting the whole house (even the garage) to connecting us with solid contractors, everything got done, including a crawl space repair we needed last minute. She was always easy to reach, whether by text, call, or email, which made things way less stressful. Would definitely recommend Judy. She’s professional, responsive, and really on top of things. I put up my house for sell in March 2025, I never met Ms. Judy Reed physically during the listing and sale period due to my living out of state in Texas while the selling house is in Virginia. But Judy took hear of me as if she had known me all her life, she took care of my house, from minor repairs, cleaning, beautification and staging the house for potential buyers. She also did real estate market analysis and gave advice on the trends, thereby helping me to make an informed decision on market value for my property.
