Wow!!! on a whim and a dream, we decided to put our home of almost 30 years on the market. Getting a little older we felt we needed to downsize from a 2 story to a one story and less house and yard. Before we knew it, Judy Reed and team began working on our dream of owning an older home with absolute charm and possibilities!! Before we knew it, it was ours!! Judy is always diligent on getting the best price and true in her concerns with each home we have bought through her guidance. Judy has sold 3 houses and helped us buy 3 houses in our 50 years of marriage. Not only our homes but of our daughters too!! A huge thank you!!

As we begin to enter our 70th year of life, Judy Reed and company has been a part of our lives in finding our dream homes since 1982. As a young married couple with a toddler and baby on the way, Judy worked with us in finding a home that was affordable, and in our community needs for future education for our children. As we grew with our kids, we also wanted to expand our growth in real estate by buying a new construction home in a different city and close to our work environment. As things worked out, Judy worked her magic with a positive buyer and sold our second home!! As we approach our final quarter of our life guess what we decided to do!! We are in our 1940's , completely renovated General Store home with so much gratitude and trust in Judy Reed and her team through the years. We bought our house back in 1994 and turned it into a rental in 2006, so it’s been part of our lives for a long time. The whole process felt a little daunting, but with Judy’s help, it all came together smoothly. We met her in December and she jumped right in, helping us figure out what needed to be done to get it ready to sell. From recommending painting the whole house (even the garage) to connecting us with solid contractors, everything got done, including a crawl space repair we needed last minute. She was always easy to reach, whether by text, call, or email, which made things way less stressful. Would definitely recommend Judy. She’s professional, responsive, and really on top of things. In her business card she wrote “I Get Results !!! PERIOD”. And she did.

I put up my house for sell in March 2025, I never met Ms. Judy Reed physically during the listing and sale period due to my living out of state in Texas while the selling house is in Virginia. But Judy took hear of me as if she had known me all her life, she took care of my house, from minor repairs, cleaning, beautification and staging the house for potential buyers. She also did real estate market analysis and gave advice on the trends, thereby helping me to make an informed decision on market value for my property. She’s always communicating and giving me feedback on what potential buyers want after each showing, working with other realtors to ensure that the house is finally sold. Judy handled the negotiations with both parties and also with my property HOA management company, coordinating all the required outside repairs. In fact Judy saved me the stress of flying to and from Texas to Virginia during my property sale by taking care of everything herself, while I focused on work.
