Judy is very friendly, attentive, and responsive which was super helpful as we navigated our first-time home buying experience. While she was always professional, as first-time buyers my partner and I sometimes wanted more time and space to consider options ourselves or to research how to proceed rather than relying exclusively on this advice. For others planning to work with Judy, I would suggest setting clear expectations and preferences early for what your communication and buyer/agent relationship will be like, such as what days and times you prefer to hold check-in calls, what factors you will consider when considering putting an offer in on a house, and your intended approach to financing your purchase. Overall we highly recommend Judy as an agent and we are very happy with the home she helped us find in Ferndale, even while searching during a particularly challenging period for the regional and national housing market (latter half of 2023)!
