I don't believe the transaction could have gone smoother: Communications were easy and reliable, and the agent was professional in all matters. Even though it was business, it didn't feel impersonal; her style of working with us felt like speaking with a neighbor. It made a difficult process feel non-stressful and that was very important.
Judy is an excellent communicator, always keeping in touch and keeping you informed. She went above and beyond with our rapid paced ( less than 8 wks) relocation from out of state, accommodating our schedule, setting our timelines and important steps to make our move easier, find the home of our dreams, and get settle in to the new state. She arranged our home viewings in a thoughtful manner, fought for us at the negotiating table and to keep other parties like the lenders on schedule as well as ensure we as buyers recieved all the documentation and information we are entitled too from everyone. On top of all that, she's so personable and fun to be around. A real gem. I will be recommending her to anyone needing a real estate agents, especially physicians, or looking for solid landscaping advise.
