Judy is great to work with. She work extremely hard and goes the extra mile. At my closing the title company did less than a stellar job at ensuring the details were correct. Although not her responsibility, Judy stepped in and worked closely with the title company and the other agent, who did not do much either, to follow-up on all the contractual language and make sure everything was in order for the closing. She has high integrity and I rely on her completely to make sure I am buying the right house.

We feel very lucky to have had Judy Hampton represent us in finding an investment piece of property in the Smokey Mountains. We did not know her or her Real Estate Office in advance, and were very fortunate to have been introduced to her. We live in Florida and had a short window of time to look at properties. We were unable to see the property we eventually purchased because of renters, but Judy checked it out for us and called us immediately with the information we needed to make an offer. Although we never physically saw the inside of the property until the walk-through, between the inspection and Judy representing the condition well, there were no real surprises. She had to be our ears and eyes, and always kept us informed. She was always quick to respond to any of our inquiries and never left us hanging for any length of time with getting things done for us. In short, we felt our experience with her was great. I would recommend her to any buyer, but especially to those like us that could not have a physical presence for the negotiations. She is very thorough, and will not disappoint. We would not hesitate to call on Judy again, should we need to contact a Realtor in the Smokey Mountains area.
