Judy is great to work with. She work extremely hard and goes the extra mile. At my closing the title company did less than a stellar job at ensuring the details were correct. Although not her responsibility, Judy stepped in and worked closely with the title company and the other agent, who did not do much either, to follow-up on all the contractual language and make sure everything was in order for the closing. She has high integrity and I rely on her completely to make sure I am buying the right house.
We feel very lucky to have had Judy Hampton represent us in finding an investment piece of property in the Smokey Mountains. We did not know her or her Real Estate Office in advance, and were very fortunate to have been introduced to her. We live in Florida and had a short window of time to look at properties. We were unable to see the property we eventually purchased because of renters, but Judy checked it out for us and called us immediately with the information we needed to make an offer. Although we never physically saw the inside of the property until the walk-through, between the inspection and Judy representing the condition well, there were no real surprises.
