The sale got off to a bumpy start as the owners discovered a leak in the kitchen from upstairs shortly after the home went on the market. The leak necessitated taking the home off the market. Repairs progressed very slowly and kept the home off the market for several months. Throughout the repairs Judy remained positive and encouraged us to remain positive as well. Mean while mortgages were rising. After repairs were completed, we put the home back on the market. A prospective buyer had the home inspected , the results of which was the discovery of some defects of which we were unaware. Nevertheless, Judy remained positive and helped respond professionally. Because of her experience , Judy adroitly guided us through the bad news and achieve a successful sale. We were very fortunate to have Judy Haines as our reator.
