Judy has extensive knowledge and experience in the industry, having been a real estate agent for 32 years. Judy has been part of many New Home Development Projects with several different developers. She loves taking on projects from the very beginning and challenging all market conditions. She has been a consistent achiever in the Circle of Excellence, New Jersey Association of Realtors Million Dollar Sales Club. She was also nominated into Who's Who in Business. Patience goes a very long way in this industry and is one of my most appreciated skills by clients. Judy was born and raised in Ho-Ho-Kus and always had a love for horses. She started riding at Mar Bell Stables in Washington Township and years later obtained a Harness Trainers license. She worked as a Payroll Supervisor at Garden State Racetrack in Cherry Hill and left in 1987 to pursue a career in Real Estate. She especially loves to work with first time home buyers and helping renters acheive their dreams of owning a home. In 1993, Judy moved back to Ramsey and obtained her Brokers License and managed the Ramsey office from January 2014 through May 2018 before marrying the love of her life Dan Churchill. She also has two other designations GRI (Graduate of Realtors Insitute), CRS (Certified Residentail Specialist) She now resides in Ramsey with her husband and her two children living nearby.
