As the Seller, the commitment to sale our home was with a Senior Agent. Unfortunately, there was a death in the Senior Agent’s immediate family which put the entire sale upon an Associate Agent. Unfortunately, exclusions were not listed in the original publication. The Associate Agent communicated and served well but as a result, an offer was presented and accepted but the contract specifics that were offered, were not stated as presented by the Associated Agent. As a result, Seller ended by having to turnover items to the Buyer that were not originally for sale. Overall and due to circumstances, as the Sellers we would recommend both Agents to any forthcoming sellers even though there were short comings within our sale.
