As the Seller, the commitment to sale our home was with a Senior Agent. Unfortunately, there was a death in the Senior Agent’s immediate family which put the entire sale upon an Associate Agent. Unfortunately, exclusions were not listed in the original publication. The Associate Agent communicated and served well but as a result, an offer was presented and accepted but the contract specifics that were offered, were not stated as presented by the Associated Agent. As a result, Seller ended by having to turnover items to the Buyer that were not originally for sale. Overall and due to circumstances, as the Sellers we would recommend both Agents to any forthcoming sellers even though there were short comings within our sale.

Our home sold in three days and everything went smoothly. Judy was informative and kept us up to date on everything moving forward.

Judy was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly from the start in every aspect of the selling of my home. I felt so comfortable with dealing with Judy it was like working with a friend. She always kept me informed of where we were in the selling process. She always answered the phone and gave me any information I needed promptly. She has 19 years of experience in LHC and she knows her stuff! She was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor. I can't say enough of how she made my time selling my place so stress free.

after interviewing a couple agents i decided to use Judy because she seemed to be interested in getting us the best price for our home and a easy personality. she sold the house quickly worked hard to keep us updated and informed thru the whole process. a very nice lady that does a good job and follows thru, i recommend using Judy if you want a strait deal .
