Judi was extremely knowledgeable about the market. We needed a quick sell and she was able to price our house correctly to achieve that. She also made helpful suggestions to guide us in staging our house so it was attractive to potential buyers. She was instrumental in obtaining us an offer above asking and negotiated extremely well on our behalf both on price and other things needed to get us to the table at settlement.
