In early 2022, my husband and I made the attempt to buy our first home as first time homebuyers. Unfortunately, we did not meet the qualifications at the time. We were bummed and felt the purchase of a home was far from happening. We completely gave up the thought. Meanwhile, Judith did not settle, she had more faith in us than we did. Last year in 2021 my boyfriend and I attended a first time home buyer presentation where I met Judith. I knew we weren’t ready to buy a home at the moment but was in search of a realtor for when the time came. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Judith on many occasions, from purchase of an investment property to leasing a few rental properties on the treasure coast.
