First of all, I am impressed with people who really listen and take notes as to what a client wants. Judy Durant does that and then some. We have worked together before on my first FL condo purchase through her. She did a great job then, and she just did the same thing again. When the unit I just purchased, was sent to me from Realtor.com, I forwarded the listing to Judy Durant and requested she go over, look at it, take a small video and send it to me asap! She followed through and then some. I then called her and we discussed the possibility of me making a sight unseen offer. Judy Durant immediately sent me the necessary forms to sign and return electronically. She notified me when the offer was accepted with all the condo rules and regulations and forms to send back for the condo association. I drove down to make a quick closing and all went well.
