Judy offered excellent staging advice with existing furniture. Getting rid of some items that were crowding the living room, dining area and kitchen. Made it very attractive upon entering. Terrific video presentation with necessary music change. Tough market timing as the rates rose and spring/summer lack of interest. Perhaps priced too high. Not much traffic at the time and she reported that other area agents reported a huge slow down. Judy offers a balance between patience (with me) and push for decision making. Judy is a pleasure with whom to work and knows the market and the 3rd Bayshore Condo complex. As a first time seller, Judy was perfect at holding my hand and making sure all the details were on track for our eventual sale and closing. Judy came well recommended and was the right agent for me, for sure. You should be very confident with Judy as your sales or buyer agent.

Judy is amazing! On very short notice she provided us with multiple listings as we were only in Florida for a very short time. She guided us through the entire purchasing process from the initial offer to the closing. She went above and beyond by providing us with everything from a list of referrals for hazard insurance, home inspectors and even contact information for the utilities. We have not been informed that the hot water heater needs to be replaced based on association recommendations. That was disappointing. Other than that Judy was very helpful.
