Judit is extremely knowledgeable about Florida real estate, her insights and suggestions to help us sell our house wee "right on". Judit's follow up and responsiveness was quite incredible, her attention to detail and constant updates made us feel like we were the only people selling there house. She is the most thorough and detailed realtor we have ever worked with and would be happy to provide a reference to any potential future sellers Judit also provided a contact to a wonderful handy man who did a first class job on our house renovation

Judit was very helpful and always available. She knew the area well and was willing to travel outside her normal area as I was considering places all along the Florid east coast. When it came time to close she monitored the closing progress and would make sure to keep things moving in time for the scheduled closing. She dealt with the seller's agent was able to get additional repairs done following the house inspection than what was previously agreed.

We were lucky to have Judit as our real estate agent. She worked hard and efficiently to get our property in good shape before listing; throughout the entire process Judit was always available to give us the best advice without trying to persuade us one way or the other. When we needed more time for the final walk through, Judit was able to contact the buyer's agent and requested it. Overall, Judit was the most professional, ethical and caring realtor we've ever met.
