We contacted Judi, she came out promptly, met with us several times, discussed the listing price and we put the home up for sale. However, prior to listing the property, Judi and her team made a wonderful video of our home and took some amazing photographs. Once we were listed on MLS, we had plenty of qualified buyers come through. We accepted an offer within 3 weeks, and though that deal fell through quickly, we had another bona fide offer that same day that closed within a few short weeks. Sounds like the words to a country song!! I met Judi when she brought me a buyer on a house I listed myself a few years ago. She helped with not only the sale, but also any repairs and coordinating any people needed to come to the house for appraisals, inspections, repairs.
