This review is to commend Ms. Jakea Cates of team with Judi Pobst at Keller Williams. Jakea did a fantastic job in selling our villa located in Harbor Villas in New Port Richey Florida. The sale was very frustrating from beginning to end. The villa sold at least on paper for full asking price but to a prospective buyer who at the end did not qualify for the financing. When we were clear to move forward in selling the villa once again, Jakea and the team headed by Judi Pobst did a great job in their advertising, having multiple open house and just calling on potential buyers. They stayed on top of things to make sure that the   sale would get through without any incidents. My family and I are grateful for their hard work, knowledge of the market to bring the sale to completion. Jakea has a terrific personality and she is willing to go the extra mile to discuss issues and to follow up as issues did present themselves when you least expect. You were very helpful in suggesting and then arranging for the services that you felt were needed to properly prepare the home for sale. I was concerned that since I do not live in Florida, there might be problems in coordinating the transaction. Fortunately, because of your help, no such problems were encountered other than a scheduling issue with the closing, which I'm not sure was your responsibility. I hope this serves in place of a public review.

From the beginning Judi presented a professional image which let us know that she would be a great resource in selling our home. She described the expertise that would be used in preparing for the listing. She has a great eye for seeing potential in a house. Her team are experts on staging a house, preparing the listing and managing the social media. She also was a great resource in connecting us with local skilled resources we needed to prepare our home. Her valuation of our property was spot on and she gave great advice during the negotiations with potential buyers.

I had only a few transactions with Judi, mainly doc signing, but everything was smooth and easy.

Our waterfront home was sold three times before it finally closed the 3rd time. After the first cash contract was received, we emptied the house and moved to our new out-of-state home. The buyers couldn’t sell their home, so it fell through. Judi immediately restaged the house, at no cost to us, and got it back on the market. The second “cash contract fall through” resulted in us receiving a $15,000 deposit. The third contract required Judi to put together very detailed info for the appraiser, and she did a great job. The appraisal didn’t come out the way we had hoped (the market and economy was quickly changing), but she kept in touch with us every step of the way. We really appreciated her professionalism, initiative and tenacity!
