Juayita Edd

I met Juayita when I moved here from Maine back 6 Years ago. I was referred to her by another family member who used her as a buying agent.At that time I was having a house built and used her for the process of my new house being built to make sure that it was being built to my satisfaction and expectations , she would contact the builder and discuss any issues that we had along the way and she was great then. When my other family member decided that they wanted to sell their home they used Juayita for the sale of their house, they again used her for that, and she was great for the help and marketing that she did for them . I decided that I would sell my home and I remembered about Juayita because of the great job that she did with the aid of my family member so I called her and she was very great to to speak to and helped with the price point to sell the property. She kept me informed all the way through the process and brought many clients to see the home.The pictures that she had taken were outstanding and and very good quality. Juayita was always just a phone call away and would answer all of the questions that I had and would address any concerns that I had.The marketing of the house once again was great . I would not hesitate to use her again for any home buying or selling that I may do in the future. Juayita knows what steps need to be done and is very good at the job she does.She also has a great personallity and easy to talk to.

I not say enough good things about having Juayita as my realtor. She kept me informed throughout the entire housing hunting and closing process. She not only had excellent communication with me but with my lender as well. I have spoken highly of her to all my friends and family. She is definitely someone I would recommend. She is a A+++ realtor.

Juayita put us in contact with someone to assist and once that hurdle had been crossed she was there, ready to go. Juayita was the first to really listen to me, to find out exactly what I was looking for in a home and where. No matter what time of day or night I had a question, if I sent her a message she always replied promptly. Sometimes I would send a message just to test if she would respond lol. Juayita is also incredibly personable. On top of being exceptionally great at her job she felt like a friend after the very first showing and is definitely family now. I was very picky when it came to finding our home. Juayita worked hard for us and I am happy to say we are in our first home now, thanks to Juayita's efforts and I'm very grateful. My family loves our new home. I would recommend Juayita Edd to anyone who wants a realtor who takes them seriously, cares that you, the client, gets exactly the home you are looking for rather than quickly trying to "sell" you for a commission and move on and will work hard to make sure that you not only find a house, but your home.

The best!! Juayita truly cares about your best interest and works tirelessly to get things done. She is patient and professional and really knows her stuff. I have worked with other realtors in the past and none compare. If you want it done quick, done right, and done with passion and precision - Juayita is for you.
