Juana made my first time home buying experience truly amazing and memorable. She held my hand through the entire process from start to finish and is very knowledgeable about the process. All questions asked was answered in a timely fashion and if she wasn't sure about a question, she will find the answer quickly. She is very responsive, calm, helpful, willing to do whatever it takes, negotiates and communicates with lender and seller's rep on your behalf and is available even after hours to respond to question. She expresses her advice on decisions needed to be made but always make it a point that it's just her suggestion and it's always the buyers decision. She even assisted with the home utilities set up procedure. I will recommend Juana to any one I know and when/if I want to purchase more real estate property in the future I will with no doubt in my mind be consulting Fortune Real Estate.
