I have to give Juan 5 stars. My home buying process was one with some challenges, however through those challenges I was able to see Juan exceed my expectations. He is very communicative and always ready to answer any questions you have. He always made sure everything on his end he needed to do was done. He was transparent with costs throughout whole process. He will negotiate for you when others would have not and he will always make sure you’re okay to proceed. He will continue to check up on you making sure you’re good even after signing closing paper work which shows he cares. Long story short, choose Juan you’ll be happy you did!

If you’re looking for a realtor then Juan is your guy! He was literally a Godsend. My husband and I had been renting for a while and never bought a house before.
