My girlfriend and I started our first time home buying process two months ago. We were put in contact with Juan Nunez as our realtor through homebird. He gave us a couple home tours until we found a house we really liked. He was really helpful with the tours and was very knowledge about the houses he was showing us. Any questions we had he would answer right there and if he didnt know he found the answers and let us know the next day. When it came time to put an offer in I feel Juan really did a great job negotiating on the house for us. He put in the time and effort for us. Anytime we had any questions he was super easy to get ahold of. I couldnt have asked for a better realtor. He made the whole process from start to finish really painless and I highly recommend Juan to anyone looking to buy a house.
