My experience with Juan was amazing. I had another experience with another realtor that was unsuccessful so I was a bit reluctant but he put in around the clock effort when my transaction got a little complicated. If it weren’t for him calling so many contractors and finding the best deal for me I wouldn’t have been able to make the appropriate revisions to the home and would’ve lost my chance on the home entirely. Our first offer got accepted right away as well. Truly a pleasure to work with.
