We live in CA and wanted to by a second home in FL. A friend of ours referred Juan. Juan walked us through the entire process e2e. Juan was always on top of things and the communication was super low latency and very responsive. We had a lot of fun checking out the homes together and Juan quickly embraced what my wife and me were looking for. Juan is the real estate agent that anyone who has bought a house dreams of.He showed my wife and I that he has an excellent knowledge of the entire process of buying a house, and is totally dedicated to his clients, always available thru phone,text or email for any and all questions that arise during the negotiating, inspection, repairs, purchase, and settlement processes. He helped us buy a home 1200 miles from us, offering many suggestions that not only benefited us financially, and legally, but helped save us a lot of time and aggravation in these processes.
